I have been involved a C-suite level (CEO, COO, CFO) with public listed companies in Australia, Canada and the United States, both in the listing process and on-going reporting and management, as well as financial reporting for NZX listed companies.
This experience extended to capital raising for such companies, as well as also having experience in capital raising for early stage businesses and startups.
In addition to having been a full-time CFO in the past, I have in more recent years been involved with businesses in a part-time capacity, sometimes acting as a Virtual CFO, to all intents and purposes being part of the management team, but only being on-site when needed. I am a Regional Director in New Zealand for The CFO Centre, which has a pool of highly qualified and experienced CFOs to provide a quality level of service at lower costs than engaging a CFO full-time. With today's mobile technologies and remote communication capabilities, this is a model that works well for businesses. They can secure the services of an experienced and well-qualified professional, without incurring the cost of a senior FTE.

Projects to overcome limitations of standard packages, where there is very often the need to implement specialised reporting tools and cash flow planning software.
With an easy going consultative management style, I have been called on to assist with dispute resolutions, including contract disputes between companies, issues between management and staff, as well as matters of concern between peers.
